How to bleed a Radiator without a key
Bleeding a radiator without a bleed key is possible in most cases, but it is always best to use a bleed key if possible. You must bleed the radiators with the heating switched off, and be aware that the water in there could be hot and could easily scald.

You can bleed some radiators with a screwdriver as they have a slotted bleed screw.

If the bleed screw is badly damaged and you cannot bleed the radiator then you can bleed the radiator using a more extreme method witch is by un-tightening the radiator bleed key assembly.
